Drinking, cooking, beauty water and chemical-free cleaning. A practical guide to every setting on your AlkaFresh ionizer.
Alkaline level 1 (pH 8 to 8.5)
Start here. Ideal for children, elders, and while taking medicines. Use for the first week.
Alkaline level 2 (pH 8.5 to 9)
Everyday drinking for most adults. Move here after the first week.
Alkaline level 3 (pH 9 to 9.5)
Regular drinking for active adults and anyone used to ionized water.
Alkaline level 4 (pH 9.5 to 10)
Cooking dal, rice, tea and coffee. Soaking vegetables for 10 minutes helps remove pesticide residue. Not for daily drinking.
Purified (pH 7)
Neutral water. Use for infant formula and when a doctor asks you to avoid alkaline water with a medicine.
Acidic level 1 (pH 5.5 to 6)
Beauty water. Matches the skin's natural pH. Use for washing the face and as a final hair rinse.
Acidic level 2 (pH 4 to 5)
Cleaning water. Wipes kitchen counters, utensils and chopping boards without chemicals.
