Products and specifications
Specifications such as pH, ORP and hydrogen are maximum designed values and vary with source water, temperature, flow and selected level. Displayed and app readings are estimates unless verified with a calibrated meter.

Warranty and service
Domestic water ionizers: 5 years on the platinum-titanium electrode plates and 1 year on the complete machine from the date of invoice. Commercial equipment: as stated on the invoice or rental agreement. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, unapproved modification, scale from untreated hard water, or electrical surges beyond rated limits.
App and connectivity
Cloud features depend on your internet connection and the availability of our platform. Local controls continue to work without internet. Firmware updates may change features over time.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable is the one confirmed at the time of order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Rewari, Haryana.
