See estimated pH, ORP and hydrogen for the water you are pouring right now.
Water modes
Switch between alkaline levels 1 to 4, acidic levels 1 to 2 and purified water with one tap.
Smart schedules
Set a morning hydration schedule or a nightly cleaning cycle and let the machine follow it.
Service reminders
Cleaning cycles and service checks are tracked so you never miss one.
Cleaning status
Start a manual clean remotely and get reminders when scale protection is due.
Alerts
Low flow, fault codes, offline status and service notes arrive as notifications.

- Consent first
A session starts only when you approve it in the app and ends when you say so. We see the ionizer, never your network.
- 01Power on and enter setup
Hold the Wi-Fi button on the panel until the display shows setup mode. The ionizer broadcasts its own AlkaFresh-Setup network.
- 02Connect your phone
Open the AlkaFresh Smart Control app, allow the Wi-Fi permission and let it find the ionizer. If it does not appear, join AlkaFresh-Setup from your phone's Wi-Fi settings.
- 03Save your home Wi-Fi
Choose your 2.4 GHz home network and enter its password. The machine leaves setup mode and connects to the AlkaFresh cloud.
- 04Pair with the display code
Enter the six-digit code shown on the ionizer display to link it to your account. You are ready to pour.

Does the ionizer need internet to work?
No. All daily controls work from the panel without internet. Wi-Fi is used for the app, live readings, alerts, remote service and firmware updates.
How does remote service work?
When you approve a service session in the app, our engineers can connect to your machine, run tests, review readings, adjust parameters and push firmware updates. You can end the session at any time, and we never access your home network beyond the ionizer.
Which Wi-Fi network should I use?
A 2.4 GHz network. If you have a dual-band router and the machine does not appear, enable the 2.4 GHz band or compatibility mode and keep the ionizer close to the router during setup.
