• To diagnose, calibrate and update your ionizer when you approve a remote service session

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not access your home network beyond the ionizer. Remote service sessions require your approval in the app and can be ended by you at any time.

Security and retention

Data is stored on secured servers with access limited to authorised staff. We retain order and warranty data for as long as needed to provide service and meet legal obligations.
