How we process, dispatch and deliver your order.

Delivery timeline
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location; orders are generally delivered within 10 to 15 days from dispatch.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email and SMS with the courier company and the AWB or docket number, which you can use to track your shipment on the courier's website.
Delivery hours
Deliveries are typically made during working hours, between 9 AM and 7 PM. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address. The courier cannot commit to an exact time slot.
Delivery policy
- An adult's signature is required on delivery.
- If the delivery address changes after dispatch, the shipment is held at the nearest courier branch for pickup.
- If you are unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery again or hold the package at the nearest branch.
- Please inspect the package on delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.
Billing
Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice is issued for every order. Delivery is free across India. Installation and water calibration are arranged through our engineer network.
