Platinum-coated titanium plates

Ionization happens on the plates, so plate quality decides output and lifespan. AlkaFresh uses medical-grade titanium plates with a platinum coating for high conductivity, corrosion resistance and years of stable performance. The flagship IonX 1101 carries eleven 42 x 80 mm plates.

pH calibration

Water quality in India changes from one locality to the next, so a fixed factory setting cannot give the same pH everywhere. At installation our engineer measures your source water and calibrates the ionizer so that each alkaline and acidic level gives a verified pH in your home. The setting is stored on the machine and can be refreshed over Wi-Fi if your water changes season to season.

Auto pH control

A control board monitors flow, conductivity and chamber voltage and adjusts electrolysis current on the fly. Instead of a fixed power setting, the ionizer reaches the target pH and holds it, even when someone opens another tap in the house.

ORP and molecular hydrogen

Oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) and dissolved hydrogen are the two numbers that distinguish ionized water from simply alkaline water. The IonX 1101 is engineered for ORP down to -750 mV and dissolved hydrogen up to 1600 PPB, depending on source water and selected level.

High-power SMPS

A switched-mode power supply rated at 150 W delivers clean, stable current to the plates and copes with the voltage fluctuations common in Indian homes. It runs cooler and more efficiently than transformer-based designs.

Automatic plus manual cleaning

Mineral scale is the main enemy of any ionizer. AlkaFresh runs automatic polarity-reversal cleaning cycles and lets you trigger a manual clean from the panel or the app. The app reminds you when a deeper clean or filter change is due.

Right water in, right water out

An ionizer works best on clean, mineral-balanced water. The AlkaFresh ionizer has no built-in filter, so it is installed after your existing RO or a simple pre-filter, depending on your source water. Our engineer checks TDS and hardness during the water assessment and recommends the right pre-treatment so the plates stay clean and the output stays consistent.

Wi-Fi, app and remote firmware

Every smart AlkaFresh model connects over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi to the AlkaFresh cloud. You get the app. Our service team gets, with your consent, the ability to test, tune and update your machine remotely. Local controls keep working even when the internet does not.
